Trinity Thompson
Board Member
Trinity Thompson is a mission-driven educator and strategist who works at the intersection of equity, wellbeing, and social impact. With over 15 years of experience spanning the education, nonprofit, and media sectors, she brings a creative, systems-minded approach to designing programs, facilitating learning, and amplifying narratives that shift culture and policy.
She currently serves as an Associate at The Institute for Social and Emotional Learning, where she co-leads educator development and oversees communications that promote inclusive SEL practices. Through her consulting practice, she advises mission-aligned organizations on strategy, facilitation, and program design. Her past work includes leadership development at The Greenlining Institute, coaching at The Prosperity Agenda, and digital facilitation for global health leaders through TechChange. She has also contributed to narrative strategy, curriculum, and events for groups such as FullCycle, The Whitman Institute, and Essie Justice Group.
Trinity’s global work includes leading programs in Palestine and South Africa, and supporting youth-driven initiatives in the U.S. and abroad. She holds a BA and MA from Stanford University, an MS in Education, and an MFA in Screenwriting.
